A long time coming, as always not what I was working towards, got another one in the working, but as it is...I hope it has the stark flavour I was going for, the bark of a tree, a family tree, and the stalking shadowyness of a cat ...
(I think I made up 'shadowyness' *g*)

- the cat image was googled, can't honestly remember where I found it, I only remember I was in Rome at the time

I know you can't see me, but imagine a Venezualan soccer fan right after her team has scored a goal.

And REEEEEEEESE. Looking all solemn and confrontational. I imagine he's talking to Sam there, sitting together on the edge of the lake. He says "You don't let them win," and THAT'S the look.

Suggestions? Ummmmmm... gosh. Oh, can you work the church in somehow? Like, in the lower-left hand corner, just the steeple or the cross? That'd be sweet.

I've got an idea for the church, but I need to have five minutes or so to go back and re-read your description of it - can't just put any old church in there.
(research is research is research ;)
and another cover is in the working, but I'm afriad you might finish the story before I manage to finish that, sorry about that :D

I just wanted to tell you how great the banners are for this story. I went thru burning hoops to get to leave you a comment. I have to ask. I can't take it anymore. Who is the actor portraying Reese in the banner. Things like this usually come to me, and it did one morning about 4 am. I fell back to sleep and it was gone. Forever apparantly. Please help me. When it hit me who he was, I remember thinking "duh". Now I just wanna get it outta my head. Great job and I know you were in Rome but my kids think you just mushed Sam and Dean's faces together. Yeah. Please, I must rub in their face and gloat.
