That's awesome! Good for them.

I have a friend like that, Brian. He's over 6-feet tall, big with a shaved head. Little kids take one look at him and hide behind their mothers. Brian's rescues stray and abused cats. He's not shy about using his intimidation factor to help animals either.

Thanks for sharing that link. It just goes to show that you really can't judge people by their appearance.
