A more detailed update later on on the State of Me, but for the moment, let me amuse with the following:

A) there is a very special corner in the Special Hell for me, I'm afraid. Right before Christmas, I spent a good half a hour intensely slashing one of my brothers with his ex-partner (mother of my niece)'s actual partner. Really, they would work so well as a slash couple, my brother all grumpy and brusque and hiding himself behind that stern masque, and the other guy (French, he only speaks a little Italian) all sweet and 'buono come il pane' (as good as bread) as we say in Italy. Plus, having one kid and a half in common, and the woman in between (my brother's ex).
It's the perfect slash recipe, I tell you. And even aesthetically, they complemet each other.

*sends self to the Really Very Naughty Corner*

B) bless my eldest brother (not the above, the other one), who's my buddy and my initiator to most good things in life, like SCIFI in all media, TV and books, passion for reading, internet geek and so on (he was one of the very first in Italy to learn programming, I kid you not)(and yes, he's ten years older than I am, but we always got along beautifully). Anyway, as I was saying, my eldest brother now and then digs up music that I fall in love with, and this is his latest (re)discovery, which I've been listening to madly these past few days, and really, the vids I found on YouTube are something to watch, so creepy-cheesy-weird you wouldn't believe it!

Sparks official site with filmography, short clips, live program (oh but I'd love to be able to go see this summer!), etc. etc. two brothers, and both intriguingly weird. Also, methinks some of thier songs could be great for vidding.
Aaaaand, they have a song titled Pineapple. What more can you ask for, lol.

Anyway, a few vids found on YouTube for your perusal. Enjoy :D

A favourite of mine is the song Your call is very important to us, please hold but I couldn't find a clip for it.

[livejournal.com profile] olympiabinewski once again found a little treasure: clips of JDM in The Division, in his role as Father Natale, clips uploaded to YouTube by  sofiems2005 (it'd be nice to say thanks to both :)

You can see the clips at [livejournal.com profile] papawinchester and [livejournal.com profile] jdmorgan.

Now we need someone to manip the pics of the boys dressed as priests and we can have the full family in ecclesiastic robes, and then it's kink galore, LOL. Funnily enough, i never had a kink for priests garments before, but since I saw Nick Lea as Pastor Eric in Men in Trees, well...I can add another kink to my loooong list, now.
I have no software here to cap these clips of JDM, but I trust that some kind soul will :D

Have a good weekend everyone, and most of all, do not play Alchemy on-line, it's life-sucking!

Clearly shows why beautiful men, like Jensen Ackles, should always wear eyeliner and a kilt. *nods*

Also, why is no one yet distributing this film? Why?

CHAMBER FIRST EVER VID!!!

Chamber - The Orchestre of Chambre Noir - is the group led by Marcus Testory, Caspian in Highlander, awesome person in RL, and this is just...fantastic.

the vid is HERE.

Max is a caring, full of love for life individual and this is a great step for them. Chamber's music might not be what you're used to, but honestly, it's worth it.

James Dean and Paul Newman screen-testing together.
Paul Newman is testing for the part of Aaron in East of Eden (if you've seen the film, you know he didn't get it).
